An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage experienced Project Support Officers to provide specialist and administrative support that is informed. The role involves engaging and communicating with stakeholders to identify, respond and provide advice.  

The Project Support Officers will secure a 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month options to extend, based anywhere in ACT, VIC, QLD & WA.  

The Successful Project Support Officers will be responsible for but not limited to; 

• Assist with project support tasks  
• Contribute to the ongoing application of projects 
• Apply knowledge and experience of legislation, policies, strategies and team plans 
• Evaluate and provide advice on capability or proposals. 
• Maintain project financial records under the direction of the Project Manager 

 The successful Project Support Officers will have experience in the following: 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a PSO or similar role 
• Knowledge of project management methodologies 
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 and other software applications 
• Identifies and prioritises appropriate measures, scales, and targets  
• Understands aims and issues facing own work areas and organisation
