A leading Federal Government Agency is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to join a high performing Data & Analytics team. This role sits within a dynamic branch responsible for delivering enterprise-level reporting, dashboards and analytics products that directly influence operational performance and strategic decision making. You will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that support policy, program delivery and continuous improvement initiatives within a large, nationally significant environment.

 

• Providing high-level technical and analytical expertise to support data and analytics initiatives
• Designing, building and implementing reports, dashboards and data products to generate business insight
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data for improved decision-making
• Translating complex analytical findings into clear, concise insights for stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy

• Significant experience in data analysis within complex environments
• Strong programming expertise in SAS, SQL, R and/or Python
• Experience working within an industrialised Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environment
• Exposure to project management frameworks and the full project lifecycle
