One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments is looking to engage a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and operate modern web applications supporting critical business workflows. The successful Senior Software Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams and will be offered a 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options.
The successful Senior Software Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Designing and building scalable end-to-end web applications
- Developing and evolving REST/GraphQL APIs and secure gateway patterns
- Containerising and deploying services using Kubernetes and Helm
- Ensuring data integrity and performance across systems
- Participating in Agile delivery and development processes
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising production systems
The successful Senior Software Developer will have experience in the following:
- 3+ years full stack development using C#/.NET and React/TypeScript
- REST/GraphQL AP sing I development and secure gateway patterns
- Resilience and background-processing frameworks
- Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Elasticsearch
