 A high profile Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an experienced Enterprise Architect/ Solution Architect to help establish and mature enterprise architecture practices across the organisation, while also providing solution level architectural leadership for digital initiatives and ICT initiatives. The Enterprise Architect/ Solution Architect will secure a 12-month contract with a 2 year extension option.

The Successful Enterprise Architect/ Solution Architect will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artefacts such as business capability models, and technology roadmaps
• Produce and review solution architecture artefacts including high-level designs and detailed designs.
• Work collaboratively with delivery teams, platform specialists, cyber security, and business stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose, sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture capability, tools, patterns, and guidance across the department.

 The successful Enterprise Architect/ Solution Architect will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect and/or Solution Architect, ideally within Australian Government environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work across both enterprise level strategic architecture and solution level design and assurance.
• Proven experience developing enterprise architecture artefacts and solution architectures in complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience translating strategic objectives and business requirements into actionable architecture deliverables.
