A Key Federal Government agency is seeking multiple experienced Business Analysts across Cloud, M365, and Cyber Security to contribute to a large-scale, high-impact 3-year modernisation program.This is an opportunity to work on a long-term initiative modernising critical systems and services, where you will engage closely with stakeholders to define requirements, analyse business needs, and provide informed advice to support successful delivery outcomes.

The Successful Business Analysts will be responsible for but not limited to; 

• Elicit, analyse, document, and prioritize complex functional and non-functional requirements using workshops, interviews, and user stories.
• Develop process maps, data models, and use cases to provide a clear representation of business operations. 
• Provide strategic advice and solutions to program and project managers, and leadership teams. 
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating workshops and leading discussions to gather business requirements. 

• Evaluate and provide advice on capability or proposals. 

 The successful Business Analyst will have experience in the following: 

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in an ICT environment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cyber Security Frameworks (ISM, Essential 8, PSPF, IRAP) to build security baselines
• Experience working with Microsoft cloud solutions or similar enterprise collaboration platforms
• Ability to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders

• Understands aims and issues facing own work areas and organisation
