A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-stream CRM and digital transformation program. The successful Program Manager will play a key role in driving governance, delivery momentum, stakeholder engagement, and measurable business outcomes across a high-profile transformation initiative.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Leading the planning and delivery of a complex multi-stream program aligned to strategic outcomes and business value
• Establishing and managing fit for purpose program governance, reporting, and assurance processes
• Preparing high-quality reporting, Board papers, options analysis, risk updates, and recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Managing vendors, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure accountability, value for money, and delivery performance

The successful Project Manager will have experience in the following:

• Proven experience delivering large, complex IT or digital transformation programs
• Strong background working within governance, assurance, and reporting environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple delivery streams, competing priorities, and cross-project dependencies
• Experience managing vendors and system integrators to deliver successful outcomes
