One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage multiple Wintel Engineers to work across essential networks to ensure they are secure and reliable. You will play a pivotal part in increasing the departments capabilities to uplift their Cyber Security platform. The role will be based in Sydney with the successful Wintel Engineers to be offered a 12-month contract partnered with 2 x 12-month extension options.

The successful Wintel Engineers will be responsible for the below:

• Uplifting Essential Eight maturity and remediating other vulnerabilities
• Looking after vulnerability scanning and system management technologies
• Implementing cloud systems (AWS and Azure)
• Detecting and responding to Cyber threats

The successful Wintel Engineers will have experience in the following:

• Minimum 2 years technical Cyber Security experience
• Demonstrated experience implementing one or more of the Essential Eight migration strategies
• Experience with scripting or developing to automate systems administration or vulnerability assessments
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud systems such as AWS or Azure
