We are seeking ILS Systems Engineer to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful ILS Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing Integrated Logistics Support plans and processes, supporting technical documentation, engineering changes and logistics support strategies across complex Defence systems. The successful ILS Systems Engineer will secure an initial 6-month contract with the view to be extended and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The ILS Systems Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Developing and supporting ILS plans, processes and technical documentation
• Conducting logistics Support Analysis, supportability analysis and maintenance task analysis
• Supporting engineering change activities, including ILS assessments and documentation
• Managing obsolescence, spares assessment and support system optimisation activities

The ILS Systems Engineer will have experience in the following:

• Experience in Integrated Logistics Support
• Strong understanding of ILS, LSA, sparing, maintenance support and technical documentation
• Experience with supportability analysis, MRD and Repairable Item Management
• Exposure to tools such as MILIS, CAMM2, MEX, OPUS10, OmegaPS or similar
