We are seeking Project Support Officers to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful Project Support Officers will join a high-performing security operations team delivering critical technology initiatives. The successful Project Support Officers will secure an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended for two years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The Project Support Officers will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Supporting project planning, scheduling, resource coordination and status reporting activities
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and project records
• Coordinating stakeholder engagement, project meetings, workshops and communications
• Assisting with procurement activities, risk management and issue resolution processes
• Supporting project governance activities and ensuring project deliverables remain on track

The Project Support Officers will have experience in the following:

• Experience working in an ICT Project Officer or project support role
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and PMBOK
• Stakeholder engagement, communication and coordination skills
• Experience maintaining project documentation, schedules and reporting artefacts
• Proficiency using project management tools and supporting project governance processes
