An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an experienced ETL Developer to support the sustainment, enhancement and continuous improvement of a critical ICT and business intelligence reporting platform. The successful ETL Developer will be offered a contract through to 30 June 2027 with 3 x 12-month extension options, based in Russell, ACT with onsite working arrangements.

The ETL Developer will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Developing code for data pipeline enhancements
  • Supporting dimensional modelling and ETL testing activities
  • Creating script automation and code fixes to support reporting requirements
  • Supporting business intelligence and reporting outcomes
  • Understanding project interdependencies and broader strategic priorities

The ETL Developer will have experience in the following:

  • Experience with ETL development, preferably in a SQL Server environment
  • Experience developing and supporting data pipelines
  • Understanding of dimensional modelling and ETL testing
  • Experience with script automation and code fixes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
