One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage multiple Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to support the ongoing development and implementation of a supported automated and scalable data analytics platform. You will work closely with Security Architects and Technical Leads to test the secure cloud (PaaS) infrastructure pipelines. The role primarily will be based out of their Canberra office but they will consider interstate candidates as they offer flexible working arrangements. The successful Cloud Infrastructure Engineers will be offered a 12 month contract with 2 X 12 month extension options.

The successful Cloud Infrastructure Engineers will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Designing, building and integrating software capabilities that meets the business requirements
• Assisting in continuous improvement processes by developing and enhancing procedures
• Developing and integrating COTS software and documenting technical processes
• Leading the development of cloud based systems and services

The successful Cloud Infrastructure Engineers will have experience in the following:

• Experience using public cloud platforms (eg Azure or AWS)
• Demonstrated competence in Software Development
• Ability to drive continuous improvement processes
• Demonstrated experience in requirements definition and working in an Agile team
