A high-profile Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their Data & Analytics Branch. This exciting role will see you play a pivotal part in delivering strategic data assets and data products while bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing a traceability framework to ensure all deliverables link to agreed business outcomes.
• Eliciting, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements aligned to the agency’s transformation goals.
• Analysing and documenting business processes and data flows to provide context for current and future states.
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration through workshops, meetings, and working groups.

The successful Technical Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Leading hands-on business and technical requirement development in large-scale data and analytics programs.
• Implementing data and analytics products and services, including data models, ETL, governance, and security.
• Documenting data and process flows to support requirements gathering and analysis.
• Translating business data into meaningful, actionable insights while working within Agile or Hybrid delivery models.
