A high-profile Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an experienced Senior Solution Architect to support a priority ICT program focused on delivering innovative, accessible, and resilient technology solutions. The successful consultant will be offered an initial 4-month contract with up to 4 × 3-month extensions and will receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Assessing and documenting the current state of the Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS).
• Liaising with stakeholders to identify limitations, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Designing and recommending future-state architecture options (including cloud-based solutions).
• Developing architecture diagrams for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The successful Senior Solution Architect will have experience in the following:

• Delivering architectural services for complex, whole-of-government applications in secure environments.
• Strong knowledge of public and private cloud architecture.
• Demonstrated skills in producing technical and non-technical documentation.
• Knowledge of PDMS, VANguard, GovLINK, Windows Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, .NET Framework, Angular, IIS, and ADFS will be highly regarded.
