One of Australia’s leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage a highly skilled and experienced Change Management, Digital Transformation & Training Lead to drive the successful delivery of a major digital and business transformation program. The successful Business Transformation & Training Lead will be offered an initial 12-month contract with 12 month extensions options!

The successful Change Management, Digital Transformation & Training Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Leading the development and implementation of change strategies across complex digital and business transformation projects.
• Conducting change and training maturity assessments and providing strategic recommendations to strengthen organisational capability.
• Designing and delivering engaging training programs to uplift workforce skills and support transformation objectives.
• Facilitating business readiness benchmarking activities, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring sustainable adoption.

The successful Change Management, Digital Transformation & Training Lead will have experience in the following:

• Proven expertise leading large-scale change and transformation programs within complex organisations.
• Strong background in training development, delivery, and evaluation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and the full lifecycle of business transformation.
• Experience working within Federal Government, law enforcement, or intelligence sectors (highly desirable).
