A leading Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Application Architect to deliver secure, modern ICT solutions for senior government stakeholders. This high-impact role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects involving network expansion, cloud services, and secure mobility solutions. The successful candidate will be offered a 13 year contract and a lucrative hourly rate!

The successful Application Architect will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Leading the development of solution architectures and validating implementations.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Providing technical guidance on integration, performance tuning, and security compliance.
• Identifying and mitigating risks in technical solution designs.
• Ensuring adherence to ICT security standards and technical governance.

The successful Application Architect must have experience in the following:

• Designing large or complex systems and conducting impact analysis.
• Leading architecture development and technical planning.
• Expertise in VDI, cloud services, and secure mobility solutions.
• Strong understanding of ICT security policies and standards.
• Security Clearance: Must hold a current clearance.
