A leading Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Engineer (Senior IAM Infrastructure Engineer) to join the Platform Services team. This critical role will maintain secure, scalable, and modern identity services across the department, contributing to strategic IAM initiatives and collaborating with cyber security, HR, and infrastructure teams.

The successful Identity & Access Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Managing enterprise identity platforms including Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Unify Broker.
• Troubleshooting identity and access workflows, including integration with HR systems.
• Driving improvements to IAM workflows and configurations to enhance security and user experience.
• Contributing to IAM strategy, governance, and roadmaps.
• Producing high-quality documentation (procedures, designs, security assessments).
• Mentoring and upskilling team members.
• Supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk and Secret Server.

The successful candidate must have experience in the following:

• 5+ years’ hands-on expertise with IAM technologies: MIM, Unify Broker, advanced PowerShell scripting, and Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of access governance in complex environments.
• Ability to mentor and share knowledge effectively.
