A leading Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Officer (Benefits Specialist) to join a multidisciplinary team. This critical role will lead benefit analyses across digital health programs and projects, contributing to a robust evidence base for measuring digital health impacts and driving strategic benefits management.

The successful Senior Benefits Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Leading analyses associated with digital health benefits management across Agency programs and projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely benefits/disbenefits assessments.
• Contributing to behavioural and economic benefits-led evidence for digital health impact measurement.
• Championing ongoing benefits measurement across the Agency.
• Developing and implementing work plans, managing competing priorities, and ensuring compliance with legislative and policy frameworks.
• Building capability through coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate must have experience in the following:

• Tertiary qualification in health, economics, behavioural insights, or analytics (postgraduate highly regarded).
• Expertise in cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, multi-criteria analysis, and qualitative benefits.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under broad direction and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
