A leading Federal Government agency is seeking MULTIPLE Senior Business Analysts to join a high-performing ICT program team. This critical role will support major digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-focused technology solutions across the organisation.

The successful Senior Business Analysts will be offered an initial 12-month contract with two 12-month extension options at attractive hourly rates.

The successful Senior Business Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Working with stakeholders to analyse current-state and future-state business systems and processes.
• Confidently eliciting and defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
• Gathering and documenting requirements using standardised templates.
• Applying user-centred design techniques such as personas, journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Facilitating interviews, workshops, and discussions across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Applying business analysis practices to support solution development within emerging technology environments.
• Ensuring technology investments align with business goals and strategic objectives.

The successful Senior Business Analysts must have experience in the following:

• Proven ability to elicit and document user stories, epics, acceptance criteria and NFRs.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong experience in user-centred design principles and modelling or analysis tools.
• Demonstrated experience delivering business analysis outcomes in modern, innovative ICT environments.
• 7+ years experience in a similar Senior Business Analyst role.
