A leading Federal Government organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support high-profile corporate services and ICT programs. This role will play a key part in ensuring effective project governance, delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement across a complex and fast-paced environment.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Overseeing full project lifecycles from initiation through to delivery and closure.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitoring progress and proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
  • Preparing high-quality reports and briefs tailored for senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Presenting updates and insights to executive audiences where required.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Ensuring alignment with governance, financial reporting, and risk and assurance frameworks.
  • Leading and supporting project teams to deliver outcomes in line with objectives.

The successful Project Manager will have experience in the following:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT or business transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and lifecycle delivery.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage risks, issues, scope, and competing priorities.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and producing executive-level reporting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
