A leading Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Developer to join a collaborative multi-disciplinary team supporting a major digital transformation program. The successful Dynamics 365 Solution Developer will be offered an initial 6 month contract 12 month + 6 month extension options, based in QLD, ACT, VIC or NSW with hybrid work flexibility.

The successful Dynamics 365 Solution Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Provide specialist Dynamics CRM solution recommendations
• Deliver software development focused on Dynamics 365
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and document findings
• Liaise with business and technical stakeholders as needed
• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and capability

The successful Dynamics 365 Solution Developer will have experience in the following:

• Proven experience developing and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service / CE)
• Strong development skills with .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, business rules/flows, plugins, logic apps)
• Experience building and consuming Web APIs
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments with strong communication and troubleshooting skills
