One of Australia’s leading Federal Government Agencies is looking to engage a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join their multidisciplinary team. The successful Scrum Master will be delivering innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions to improve a major transformational program with Salesforce as the core solution platform. The successful Scrum Master will secure a 12-month contract with 12-month extension option with a rewarding pay.

The successful Scrum Master will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Facilitating and leading agile ceremonies - stand-ups, progress updates, retrospectives
• Create and manage backlog, sprints, blockers and releases.
• Raise change records and represent them at the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Provide reporting to management on ticket volume, statuses and trends.
• Develop and manage a release calendar for BAU releases, integrating it with other project and business activities.

Oversee the planning, scheduling and quality assurance of support releases.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with the release management process.

The successful Scrum Master will have experience in the following:

• 3 to 5 years ICT industry experience with at least 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master for Salesforce-based solutions.
• Proven experience coaching in agile methodologies, techniques, systems, and tools.
• Experience with one or more of the following: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud.
• Proven experience in facilitation, conflict resolution, and driving continual improvement.
