A dynamic Federal Government Department is looking to engage a Change Manager to join their high performing team in Canberra. In this role you will communicate and help management the impacts of change across a multi year, strategic business and digital transformation project. The successful Change Manager will secure an initial 12 month contract with the view to extend. 

The successful Change Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Developing and delivering change management, stakeholder engagement, communication and training plans
• Communicating and managing change impacts with stakeholders
• Developing of new policies and processes
• Developing training materials

The successful Change Manager will have experience in the following:

• Experience as a Change Manager or Change Lead
• Experience developing communications for digital or business transformations
• Experience in working in a project environment 
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing change strategies, conducting analysis and delivering plans
