A prominent Federal Government department is seeking Senior Cloud Project Officers to join a major, high-impact program focused on delivering secure, hyperscale cloud capabilities to support Australia’s critical operations. The successful Senior Cloud Project Officers will be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to extend for a further 2 x 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Senior Cloud Project Officers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Providing high-quality secretariat support for multi-agency governance forums, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Managing diverse project delivery tasks and adapting to changing priorities at short notice.

Developing executive briefs, program reports, and stakeholder communications.

Establishing and maintaining project management artefacts in line with endorsed methodologies, including progress, risk, and issue reporting.
The successful Senior Cloud Project Officers will have experience in the following:

Working on large and complex technology programs using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and reporting.

Supporting program or project control boards and quality review meetings.

Broad understanding of Australian Government information security policies and standards in highly classified environments.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging senior executives and technical teams.
