Senior SAP Systems Analyst /SAP Technical Support Officer - FHS, DESN

One of Australia’s most forward-thinking Federal Government departments is seeking a Senior SAP Systems Analyst to provide specialist support within a complex and customised SAP environment. This is a part-time contract role with an initial 12-month term and 2 x 12-month extension options.

The successful Senior SAP Systems Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Assisting SAP users and resolving issues, including help desk system updates
• Documenting and training staff on common SAP issues
• Managing and performing user acceptance testing of SAP changes
• Supporting project work as required

The successful Senior SAP Systems Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Extensive SAP knowledge and experience
• Strong understanding of financial systems and stakeholder relationship management
• Experience with systems design, testing, incident and change management
• Knowledge of Edge products that interact with SAP (desirable)
