A leading Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced CRMA Salesforce Designer-Developer to join a specialised transformation team delivering high impact analytics, reporting and data driven insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a major national program and contribute to meaningful outcomes by designing and building CRM Analytics solutions. The successful CRMA Salesforce Designer-Developer will be offered an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension, with flexible working arrangements available across multiple states and territories.

The successful CRMA Salesforce Designer-Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Designing and building CRMA dataflows, datasets, recipes, lenses, dashboards, and visualisations using Salesforce data
• Providing meaningful insights, interpretations and actionable recommendations
• Supporting CRMA data mapping, documentation, ETL and Integration Architecture design

The successful CRMA Salesforce Designer-Developer will have experience in the following:

• Ability to optimise CRMA dashboards and dataflows to improve usability and overall user experience.
• Strong applied understanding of data visualisation principles and best practice
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture and PSS data model
• Hands-on experience with data modelling, ETL processes and performance optimisation
