The successful Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Manage the execution of process and system improvements to meet evolving business needs
• Develop and implement continual improvement plans and service delivery enhancements
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, security requirements, and documentation standards are met
• Monitor service performance, provide reporting insights, and identify improvement opportunities
The successful Service Delivery Manager will have experience in the following:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in service delivery management, including change and incident management
• Strong business process improvement capability, including designing and analysing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Experience monitoring service delivery channels and applying service standards to resolve or escalate issues
• Demonstrated ability to provide operational direction, mentor colleagues, and monitor team performance
