This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile Federal Government environment supporting nationally significant programs. We are seeking multiple experienced Client Services & Administration Support Officers who thrive in fast paced, customer focused roles and enjoy contributing to well governed, professional teams.  The successful Client Services & Administration Support Officers will play a key role coordinating and supporting key administration as part of broader corporate services offering and to undertake a customer facing function, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient and accurate processing of sensitive information.

 

The successful Client Services & Administration Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

  • Working in a team to manage email inboxes and respond to email and telephone queries, by
  • providing policy and procedural advice to clients.
  • Receiving and checking applications forms and updating relevant internal systems.
  • Liaising internally and externally with stakeholders to commence, monitor, progress and finalise
  • administrative processes.
  • Managing and supporting processes with external service providers and other government agencies.

 

The successful Client Services & Administration Support Officer will have experience in the following:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work to tight
  • deadlines and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Sound judgement and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take instruction and work effectively both individually and within a team environment.
  • Ability to interpret policy in responding to client queries, providing professional and efficient client
  • services
