A high-impact opportunity for experienced Application Support Analysts to support critical enterprise SAP and Salesforce platforms within a large, complex government ICT environment. You will work as part of an established support team investigating and resolving application incidents, managing escalations, supporting testing and release cycles, and working closely with business users, technical teams and vendors to deliver stable, well-governed outcomes. The successful candidates will be offered an initial contract until June with a 12 month extension option.

The successful Application Support Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Investigating, triaging and resolving SAP and/or Salesforce application incidents
• Applying ITIL-based incident and service request management using an ITSM tool
• Liaising with business users, technical teams and external vendors to resolve issues
• Differentiating between system defects and business rule or operational issues

The successful Application Support Analysts candidates will demonstrate:

• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP and/or Salesforce
• Proven use of ITSM tools and application of ITIL methodologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to analyse incidents, validate complex issues and support business outcomes
