A high-impact opportunity for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support nationally significant systems within a secure, complex Federal Government environment. This role focuses on automation, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code, contributing to the build, deployment and sustainment of critical technical platforms. The successful DevOps Engineer will be offered an initial 12-month contract with 2x 12-month extension options.

The successful DevOps Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Apply strong Linux system administration skills
• Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Puppet)
• Supporting and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, including troubleshooting and optimisation
• Automating provisioning, configuration and deployment of environments

The successful DevOps Engineer will have experience in the following:

• Strong experience with Terraform and Puppet
• Linux system administration and troubleshooting
• CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Reverse proxy and load balancing (e.g. NGINX)
