One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage a Business Analyst to lead the delivery of various ICT Projects across the Division including artificial intelligence and emerging technology.The successful Business Analyst will work closely with Senior leaders and will be offered a one year contract with 2x 12 month extension options.

The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Analysing and modelling current and future business processes and information management environments.
• Analysing data related requirements, user pathways and information flows.
• Conducting stakeholder engagement activities and analysing customer and business requirements.
• Developing clear and concise documents including business requirements specifications, business cases, functional & non-functional specifications, process maps & change management plans.

The successful Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Facilitating workshops and analysing complex information from a range of sources to generate a clear understanding of business and user needs.
• Developing User Stories and acceptance criteria that clearly and succinctly.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for user story creation and tracking of acceptance criteria.
• Experience documenting requirements for Sitecore.
