A leading Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic Product Delivery environment responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs. This role will see you working closely with Program Managers, Architects and Development teams to drive business improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Investigating business situations with complexity and ambiguity, applying structured business analysis approaches
• Conducting root cause analysis and identifying process and system improvement opportunities
• Collaborating with operational and management stakeholders to define requirements and gain agreement on recommendations
• Contributing to organisational standards and guidelines for business situation analysis

The successful Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience in business situation analysis (BUSA) and requirements definition
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (IIBA certifications highly regarded)
