One of Australia’s most progressive Federal Government departments is looking to engage an experienced Senior SAP Security Software Engineer to support a major enterprise transformation program. The successful candidate will play a key role in the transition from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA, with a strong focus on SAP Security, GRC and modern security architecture. You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with 2 x 12 month extension options and work within a high-performing digital services environment.

The successful Senior SAP Security Software Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing specialist expertise across SAP Security and GRC during the ECC6 to S/4HANA conversion
• Leading SAP security role design and redesign for S/4HANA, including Fiori-based and organisational-level updates
• Translating ECC transaction access into S/4HANA/Fiori authorisations and managing simplification impacts
• Configuring and maintaining SU24/SU25, resolving authorisation issues and enforcing least privilege access

The successful Senior SAP Security Software Engineer will have experience in the following:

• Extensive experience across SAP Security in both ECC and S/4HANA
• Strong experience in SAP role design/redesign, including Fiori, task based security and RBAC
• Deep expertise with SAP GRC Access Controls including ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM and UAR
• Proven experience using SU24/SU25, authorisation objects and SAP role maintenance (single, derived and composite roles)
