One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage a Change Manager / Delivery Implementation Manager to work as part of a highly motivated team. The successful Change Manager / Delivery Implementation Manager will be part of the delivery and implementation of ICT project and programs. The successful Change Manager / Delivery Implementation Manager will be offered an initial contract until 30 June 2024 with the view to be extended for a further 12 months.

The successful Change Manager / Delivery Implementation Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Managing change artefacts, reports and engaging communication pieces 
• Ability to research, critically evaluate and synthesise information into considered advice.
• Prioritise competing demands in a fast-moving environment and work independently and as part of a team.

The successful Change Manager / Delivery Implementation Manager will have experience in the following:

• Demonstrated experience in a Change Manager and/or Delivery Implementation Manager
• Strong capacity to influence peers and senior managers
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Certification in a change management discipline and/or relevant tertiary qualifications and/or knowledge, skills and experience.
